He was kind, professional, and very straightforward about everything, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find service like that when you need it most. I don’t usually leave reviews but my transmission went out today in town.i requested a tow via Triple A and was assigned JLS towing. He was quick to arrive and very friendly. He was able to get me loaded up and give my daughter and I a ride home. Highly recommend this company

I had a flat tire on the way to a business vending event, and to my luck, a tow truck happened to be at the same gas station. The driver gave us the dispatch number, and not long after, he was the one who came back to help us. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and truly turned what started as a stressful situation into a positive experience. Even though his truck wasn’t the best fit for our lowered show car, he went above and beyond..honestly troubleshooting options, giving us advice, and even helping us contact other local tow companies who could accommodate us. That kind of honesty and care is rare to find. Our “Charlie Swan” was absolutely the best, and JLS is lucky to have him on their team. While we didn’t end up using the service this time, we would absolutely recommend them based

Just when I thought I was going to have a bad day and it was until JLS saved the day! Ian is the man! Got to me when he said he would. Loaded my truck with care and expertise. Those three character traits are hard to come by in people these days. I had a pretty long tow and this company came through for me when nobody else would. Don’t hesitate to give them a call.
