Brad was very informative and forthright in his diagnosis and suggestions/recommendations the $200 per hour shop rate is higher than some car dealers I’m not happy about that part. If you do have some services discounted I would probably have some of the work completed like the timing cover. I’m currently off of work but expect that to be short term

Great experience, all around. Brad is extremely friendly, professional and responsive. The differential work was done fast at a price significantly lower than CBs. I'm very satisfied and will be bring my Subarus here for all future work.

Brad May, owner and his staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I felt spoken to a an equal, not talk down to or gaslit, for being a female in a garage. Services were available quickly for the price quoted. They didn't pressure for additional services to be added but did give information on things my older car needs due to age and mileage. They took the time to show me how I can watch a couple of the things I had been aware of and a new one, so now I know if things are getting worse or at least specifically where the leaks are coming from now. The waiting area is simple but clean with a water cooler and a kurig machine, though you might need to bring your own pods. I didn't ask, I just refilled my water bottle.

Very kind and professional, got me in last minute on two separate occasions (seriously, thank you), and even did a quick fix without charging me. The only bummer that feels substantial is quoting me $700 for front brake pads and rotors. I am all for supporting small businesses, recognize labor is costly, and want to continue supporting, but $700 and the breakdown of that just didn’t make a ton of sense. I ended up buying front brake pads and rotors for $250 and learned how to change them myself. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Brought my truck for some light fixes. Had to call multiple times just to see what was going on. Brad told me he had to pull a tech off my vehicle to go work on another. Why? I don't know makes me feel like my time isn't important. Says the lights are fixed, get it back, they aren't. Wasted an entire day of waiting for "labor" to be done and was charged for the problem to not be fixed completely. And then told to come back and pay the same amount. Nah I'm good.
