Absolutely blown away by the service we got from Justino. We were totally stranded on a Sunday (of course), and he not only picked up the call—he literally walked us through step by step what to do and had our car transported from CT to his shop *fast*. He worked on our 12-year-old car and had it running smoother than it has in years— And believe me, we’ve been through our fair share of mechanics this past year and a half. Justino stands out. Super professional, incredibly organized, and just a genuinely solid human being. Highly recommend.

I went there because my car was leaking oil. They told me I needed to reseal the transmission and the reseal the transfer box with new gaskets from the dealer and that the job was guaranteed. I had it done when I brought it home I noticed it was leaking oil so I brought it it back to the mechanic and the next day they told me to pick it up. Then I picked it up and drove it after a coupe of days and it started smelling like burn oil and leaking more oil . I brought it back again they called me after a 2 week told me it was ready so I picked it up. The transfer box broke and know I’m having a new transfer box put into the car. Dont trust this J&m in port Chester my car drove fine they never fixed the issue they just robbed me and who knows how many others. If you value your car and money go

The best! These guys were recommended to me about 7 years ago after I'd been in an accident, was new to town and needed a mechanic. The auto body place recommended M & P and it turned out to be the silver lining in the car accident, because we got a great mechanic out of the incident. Mike and Jose can figure out anything, fix it, are reasonably priced and don't "discover" other issues that need fixing, or tell me it's something outrageously expensive when it's really minor. They, and all their employees, are honest and skilled and I wish more businesses operated this way.

If I could give them 6 stars, I would. These guys were amazing. I was in the area looking for a home. (We're moving to NY from another state.) I was about to head home when my brakes suddenly went from working just fine to barely stopping the car at all. I found the nearest repair station and slowly drove (and prayed) the whole way there. Thank heavens, I made it. I thought with out of state plates and no ability to go to any other mechanic I was going to be like prime meat for prey. I felt like a sitting duck. There were a ton of cars there so I figured not only would they take advantage of me and charge me an arm and a leg, I'd, also, be waiting all day long only to be overcharged. Oh, and my phone was dying, too and I had to let people back home know what was going on as they were wa
