Mark Smith and the team at the JM Lexus body shop added a tow hitch to my 2020 RX 350 L. I am extremely satisfied with the professional work completed. Their attention to all the details was exemplary and the way I would expect a Lexus dealer to be. They went above and beyond in accommodating me specially after the initial quote which later required an added relay converter. Mark was gracious enough to not charge me for the added parts which took over a week to arrive from out of the country. Furthermore he allowed me to have a loaner car at no additional expense. They were very kind, respectful and receptive to all of my needs making it a seamless and very pleasant experience. I live in Lake Worth but will now plan to continue my car servicing at JM Lexus. The staff members specifically Danielle and Herbie were extremely helpful from the beginning to end. They both made my visit very pleasant and smooth straight forward to the point. If you come to JM Lexus for any of your needs I would recommend you see either one of those employees from what I just seen they are very efficient in what they do and pleasant with their customer service if I could give more than five stars I would. I had to come on here and give a review to herbie, laura and danielle. My car needed work done and i didnt know where to start. Herbie walked me through the whole process and made it so much easier to deal with. I needed to rent a vehicle as well and Laura and danielle gave great customer service and were very accommodating to my needs. I will be coming to jm lexus again
