Good mechanic, but... after a service my car smelled like tobacco for weeks. I found out it's because the mechanic left a pouch of chewing tobacco under the seat. With another service, I was charged about $200 dollars for a diagnostic and repair I didn't authorize. Good mechanic, but lacks being professional.

First time at JMS they gouged all four wheels putting new tires on. All with a circular scratch around the lugs and deep gauges around the entire outside of every single wheel. Was told by an alloy repair shop they could not be repaired due to the depth of the gouge. Joe was very disrespectful and unprofessional to me, hung up on me, and ultimately gave no restitution. On top of that I was told the work would take a day or two and I ended up without a car for 10 days, plus the interior of my car smelled strongly of cigarette smoke when I got it back. It still smells like smoke two months later.

Took my 2003 MB E320 Wagon for repairs and Joe proved to be extremely knowledgeable about the specialized features of my car. Car is now running great, with a smooth ride. He put effort into diagnosing the specific issues with a precision fix. Easy to work with and very understanding. Highly recommend this shop. Very happy to have found JMS.

Always met with kindness and professionalism. We have been going since 2021. We now have a relationship that is more like family. I can count on getting great services and don't have to worry about different treatment because I'm a woman.

Great experience, very professional and took the time to explain everything to me in detail , saved me from making a big repair I don’t need actually need , will definitely be my go to place moving foward !
