Bought a 2008 Jeep Commander 5.7L and they were a great place to buy from! Super nice and helpful! Worked hard on getting a loan established for me as the loan companies were a little picky loaning on an older vehicle. I had been searching for a 5.7L Commander for months and lucky me found that they had one! 5 minutes from home! About 3 years later and a drive from Lisbon ohio to Cabot arkansas and back, a canaan loop trail ride in wv, and many trips the jeep has been great. Little issues here and there BUT it is a used vehicle that was bought at auction and would not be dealers fault as they dont know the issues until driven just like the buyer!!! Overall great service and would go to them again!

We bought my daughter’s first car from here. From the second we walked in I felt welcomed and taken care of. The entire experience from start to finish was fantastic. Lisa walked us through the entire process from A to Z and Jay came by to make sure everything was going smoothly. Eric even popped in to say hello. It’s a great atmosphere and you could tell you were buying a car from knowledgeable, trust worthy people. I went there on a reference of a friend who has bought multiple cars there. I purchased a used SUV from JMullen Motors recently. The owners and staff (mechanics included) were all very honest, down to earth & trustworthy. The car is in the exact condition it was stated to be in. Minor issues (the DVD player not working) were made clear from the beginning. I am so very pleased with my purchase. My family will soon be back when it’s time to purchase another vehicle. The entire process from pulling into the parking lot to arriving at home was seamlessly simple. I am impressed! Bought a 2012 Fiat 500 from them. Joe was great throughout the whole process. I live in PA and he helped me figure out how to pay the PA sales tax and get register s in my home state. I recommend J Mullen Auto to anyone looking for an affordable used vehicle. I’d give 5 stars but the car is “acting” up a bit lately. Hopefully mechanic can get resolved and I can confidently get back to driving this fun car.
