The customer service was top-notch, highly professional, and the response time was exceptionally quick. I needed to replace my car's windshield, and Jewel was remarkably honest, providing a very upfront price. The first windshield installed had a subtle defect that was difficult to notice. Jewel identified it immediately and informed me right away. He returned the next day to replace it. I am extremely happy with his outstanding customer service and integrity. He will explore repair options whenever feasible, which can save you a significant amount of money. My car's two windows were miserably damaged. I called the store in the morning and in the afternoon a technician came. He was nice and friendly, and most importantly, he did a great job! He fixed the windows quickly and vacuumed glass fragments in my car. I was very happy with his work! Unfortunately I forgot to ask the technician's name.
