JNC Automotive Service /Jeff Owner I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and his auto repair shop. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care. He is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but you can tell he truly loves what he does — and that passion absolutely shows in his work. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to be helpful. It’s rare to find someone you trust completely with your vehicle in a short period of time, but this is 100% that place. I will be bringing all of my future service needs here without hesitation. I just had quite a few things repaired at jnc automotive on my 2014 Ford Escape. Jeff, the owner and his talented team of mechanics not only repaired everything which included, replacing my front brakes, the muffler, timing belt and my coolant tank was leaking and I also had an oil leak. Everything has been great so far no issues. What I really like the most is Jeff took his time when I came to pick up my car; to show me the parts that were removed and why they needed to be repaired and it wasn’t just at the end after the work. When I had the car diagnosed he showed me when the car was on the lift everything going on underneath it. So from diagnosis to solution and final outcome is now my car is fixed but I also learned more about my car and now I have a mechanic I can trust! Highly reco

I am not quick to trust auto shops, nor am I typically one to take my vehicle to a shop for repairs/maintenance. But due to a glowing referral I took the chance on an odd issue that would have just taken me way too long to look at and address. Jeff and his team are 10/10, he called and sent pictures to show not only the issues but to properly document pre-existing cosmetic concerns. This shop is the breath of fresh air needed in the automotive industry. Beyond the 5 stars, I would say this is one of very few shops I would say I would trust sending my mom, wife, and in the future children to for any repairs beyond my knowledge or ability.

My wife broke down at the diner behind JNC auto. They came over and helped get the car to the shop, arranged to have the part delivered and managed to have the car fixed same day. Pricing was more than fair for the quick service. We live about 45 min and fully intend to bring the car for additional services in the future.

My son‘s vehicle was taken in for an alignment. No one around the area would align it due to the coil overs that had been installed, but our service adviser Jeffrey when we called him had no problem doing the work. He diagnosed it and gave us a call back with pricing was very honest quick and work completed same day to date has been excellent.. Thank JNC..
