After the accident, I was scared and unsure of what to do. They came quickly to the scene, towed my car, and gave me a ride back home. They could not have been any nicer and more helpful. I have never felt such comfort and help in receiving a service. They treated me so kindly and were so very helpful. I recommend this business above all others and implore anyone who needs help with towing, please contact this business first. God bless your business and family and thank you again.

My husband and I stopped to help a woman who avoided a car crash only to be stuck in the snow at the opening of an auto parts store. While we pushed and she tried to gas it her car kept going into traction control and just burried. We decided to just run in the store and buy a chain to pull her out ourselves. Luckily this company (2 men) came and helped my husband push this poor woman, and got a chain and pulled her out today. I just had to come leave then a review because while we turned around and went to help, they did too and I couldn’t be more thankful for this young lady. Any towing I need in the future will be done by JNS and I’ll recommend them to anyone I see needing help. Thank you for being a wonderful part of this community. There are hardly words to express the level of frustration and disbelief regarding the unethical billing practices of J-N-S Towing and Hauling. Within less than 24 hours, they issued a $1,070 invoice for a vehicle towed following an accident. Here is a breakdown of the fees charged: Response Fee: $160.00 Flatbed/Wrecker Fee: $160.00 Clean-Up & Disposal Fee: $85.00 Extra Man Fee: $65.00 Storage Fee: $180.00 (for under 24 hours) Fuel Surcharge Fee: $85.00 Administrative Fee: $85.00 Delivery Fee: $250.00 Not only are these charges excessively high, but the invoice lacks detail or itemized justification. There is no explanation of services rendered, no time stamps, no photos, and no collection of applicable taxes. The documentation reads more like a list of arbitrary fees than a legitimate bil

They were great and at a good price. They got to the car in 20 minutes and we're very nice. I would highly recommend!
