After a terrible experience at another GMC dealership in the area it was such a relief to be treated like a valued customer. From the minute we walked in the door, Nezir greeted us with genuine personality and kindness. We knew what we were in for with our trade in but he worked with us with respect and took his time to help us with our budget. What an all around great guy! Even while we were waiting on paperwork, etc., the rest of the staff went out of their way to say hello and introduce themselves.
