Over a year ago, when others, including local chevy dealers, would not work on it because of its age, Jody took a look at my 1998 Chevy Astro's anti lock brake problem and fixed it. Since then I've taken both our vehicles back several times for routine maintenance and will continue to do so. Outstanding service, competitive prices, satisfactory results every time. Katie does an exceptional job keeping the office (and probably everything else) straight and Jody and the techs know their stuff.

UPDATE: So a few weeks ago we met Jody and his dad because we needed a rescue tow - and low and behold we needed some repair service on that same truck he rescued earlier in the month. Thankfully I had his card, and so I called. He said bring it right in so we did. They took our info and called a few hours later and said it was fixed and I could come pick it up. When I got the bill - he only charged me 1/4 of an hour for labor. I have NEVER had that happen before as I have always been charged a minimum of 1 hour no matter where I went or what was wrong. So - I can't say enough about his whole organization! The mechanic I met (Thomas), the Shop Manager (Katie), and of course Jody - who is probably one of the nicest and most trustworthy people I have ever met! He's got an amazing shop

Our van broke down in the middle of mountainous road on our way home from vacation. Thanks to a Good Samaritan, we got a ride to a rental car place but we ended up leaving the van there since it was late and we needed to go home that night. As an out-of-towner, I wasn't familiar with towing and repair shops there, so I called a local dealer first but I was told that they didn't have any opening for two weeks. After doing some research online, I found Jody's with good reviews. I must confess that I was hesitant at first because it was a bit out of way from populated area, but I am so glad that I called them. As a woman I know that I have to be very careful where I take my vehicles. I have been searching for a full service mechanic that I could trust for some time. Jody's was recommended to me by another woman and I am so thankful I found them! Jody, Katie and the rest of the staff are friendly, respectful, professional and honest. They do not try to pressure you into repairs you do not need and they are fully honest about the repairs you do need. My Toyota Sienna was repaired quickly, competently, and at a reasonable price.
