Joe Hudson's Collision Center

My car has been at Joe Hudson's for 1 month today. The only communication has been when I called on the expected finish date, 12/19/2025. I was told at the time they had to order a door due to internal damage and would try to finish before Christmas. It is now the 30th of December and once again I had to contact them to inquire on my car. I was just told that it would not be ready until the 9th of January because they only have 1 painter. Really!!! Almost seven weeks and the only excuse they can come up with is they lost a painter last week. Most unprofessional and unacceptable business practice I have encountered in many years. Take your vehicle anywhere but joe Hudson! Too bad I can't leave less than 1 star!

I highly recommend them. The staff was nice, patient, and very informative about the updates on my car. The work on the car was well done too.

Friendly group of ppl. I was always met with a smile. They kept me informed on the dates to expect my vehicle, which they finished earlier than expected. When I picked my vehicle up it looked like it came directly from a showroom floor. I couldn't tell where the repairs needed to be done. It was perfect and the price didn't tear my head off..Great work on a low budget.Ty Joe's Collison center..I'm impressed!

I had an insurance claim and had them paint some bumpers for me $800 and they said they would do the job I ordered the parts they knew I ordered them. And the day I go drop my truck off they tell me they are going to do it anymore because they can’t make any money off the parts. So now I have to find someone that will do the work because they already painted the bumpers. On top of that I was personally gonna have them change my rear bumper and pay out of pocket. And when I paid them for the bumpers they didn’t even have the audacity to offer me my change! This is the business in America that don’t need to be supported wish ya well that was the first and last time I’ll ever do business with them! All they wanted was the business to paint the bumpers!

All the work was not completed at pick up . Pickup time was given 4 separate occasions. We eventually pickled up the vehicle after 58 days with the work not completed . They offered to complete the work if we left the vehicle even longer but we decided to take it somewhere else
