I have had a few fender benders and I will not go to any other place except this one. This shop handles everything super fast and customer service is awesome. I spoke with Elizabeth and she was able to get my car in next day and helped me set up my rental. I pretty much don’t do anything. I would recommend this place to any and everyone.

The first set of pictures is the third time I had them do extra work on it and the repairs are still incomplete. This was the at faults insurance company’s preferred body shop and the told me I’d have to pay out of pocket to take it elsewhere.the door paneling on the interior was one of my complaints the third time and they didn’t address the issue. They lost my rubber piece that goes in the door and seams are still not fitted right. There’s a noticeable dent on the driver door after picking it up the the third time also a piece of dirt trapped under the paint that wasn’t there before. I definitely did not get my car back to pre accident condition. I’m writing this review to save someone the hassle of using this location and going through what I went through. My 2023 Nissan Rogue that I had only had for 2 months got the pleasure of being taken care of by Jeff Robbins and his amazing team (to include Dana, Elizabeth, Jeremiah, Brandon and John). I had been hit and the front quarter panel and driver side door all sustained damage. My car was picked up, taken to their location and over the next 2 weeks, I was treated to an efficient team! I received calls and texts regarding the progress on my car and when I received a call that the sensors also needed to be replaced - I was both Pleased and Unhappy: Unhappy that they were damaged but so PLEASED that Joe Hudson FIXED IT. Amazing, quick, detailed services. After another location was no longer able to take me today, I was in and out with an estimate in hand in under an hour as a walk in! Elizabeth and Dana were very helpful and knowledgeable completing the process and explaining it to me. Highly recommend for all collision needs.
