Came into Joe Hudson’s all despondent over scraping the car’s front bumper last night on the garage door opening. Stephanie at the front desk looked at it and brought out a compound and started gently treating the area. Unbelievably, she showed me how it was just a paint buildup of house paint on the bumper, and not a major scrape. Stephanie quickly made the bumper look as good as it was yesterday. I am super impressed and ecstatic that we can continue with our plan to pass our 6 year old car on to our daughter for Thanksgiving! So happy! Same day (morning) service! Come to Joe’s!

Brandon and his team at Joe Hudson’s are top notch professionals who do outstanding collision repair. The front office did a great job handling the insurance claim, arranging the rental car, and explaining the restoration process. Great communication via text messaging every few days letting me know where my vehicle was in the restoration process. Once completed, you would have never known my vehicle had been involved in an accident. Outstanding workmanship.

Never, and I mean never, take your car to these crooks. We took our classic, garage kept Z3 in for a minor hood dent and were told it was being kept inside. After 6 months of being told they were still looking for a hood, we went to pick it up frustrated. What we discovered was that they had left it in their salvage yard where the 26 yr old cloth top leaked and water was sitting in it amid mildew, mold, and rust. Check out the pictures. The first is how it looked the day we took it in showing the hood dent. The rest are of our now totalled car! Notice all the BMW emblems are missing. And surprise, they don't claim any responsibility!! Update: In spite of the Owner response saying someone would reach out to us they have not. The only response we have received is from the Insurance

The first thing that comes to mind after involvement in an auto accident is the upcoming hassle with the insurance company and the collision repair facility. NOT the case with Joe Hudson‘s Collision Repair on Hilton Head Island! They graciously intervened with the insurance company and smoothed out the wrinkles. They kept me apprised of the repair progress on a daily basis and completed the job as predicted. Even when a possible delay occurred, they banded together to get the job done in time for me to pick up my granddaughters from school…and on a Friday afternoon! The work was impeccable and the operation smooth and easy. Fantastic teamwork, Joe Hudson’s! YOU are appreciated by me!
