Car never drove the same and they BANNED me when I asked if it was safe! This shop was referred to me by insurance after I was hit in the front fender and wheel area. Based on the reviews, I expected a reputable operation, but my experience was the opposite. The initial estimate included a charge for rear paneling despite there being no damage at all to the back of the car. When I questioned this, I was brushed off with the response, “we don’t just charge for nothing,” and quickly dismissed. I waited about three weeks for my appointment and was told the repair would take another three weeks, yet they “completed” it in half that time and barely provided any updates.
