Joe Hudson’s Collision did an excellent job repairing my truck. The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me updated with regular text messages about the progress. I had one small issue after the repair, and they took care of it immediately with no hassle. If I ever need a body shop again, they’ll definitely be my first choice.

Horrible experience. We turned our car in mid December after a wreck that completely destroyed our passenger side and were told it would be done December 27th but later got pushed back to January 7th… no biggie we didn’t mind the wait. We picked up our car January 9th… when we got there we very quickly realized our door handle in the front passenger side did NOT match even in the slightest! Our door handles are silver and straight and the handle they replaced was CURVED UP and the lock is also different. When we voiced our concerns about the handle we were ignored multiples times until we finally got a response and their response was “all we did was take the door apart and put it back together with the same pieces” we’re not stupid… we’ve had this car for years and I have photos of our car

My car was the third party in an accident. My repairs were set up through the insurance company of one of the other drivers. Joe Hudsons was clear in their communication in person, phone calls with updates, and regular texts updating the status of the repairs. The hood, one headlight, front bumper were the big parts replaced. The color matching is spot on and the work was completed ahead of the estimated completion date. Everyone I spoke with in the office was very professional. I would say the quality of the work completed is worth the price that was quoted and submitted to insurance.
