Final update - (6/25/25) Because of my busy schedule, I wasn't able to get back to Joe until today. They replaced the ventilation peice for the truck, which was the last thing I needed. Happy with their follow up. Joe has been great throughout the repair process. We had a rocky start, but they came back and stood by their word. Update - (5/16/25) They replaced the broken harness at the door. And ordered a replacement vent peice which arrived and I would need to swing by for them to replace it. Joe has been on in contact throughout the process. Update - (5/7/25) Joe reached out to me a few days ago and we scheduled to drop my truck off for repairs. Dropped it today 5/7. This is the second time we have used this shop to repair my Honda. Yesterday I went in to drop off my van and the insurance company had not scheduled my rental. Amber continued to call and email until she heard from the company and got my rental situation figured out. Everyone here is so welcoming and nice. We haven't gotten our car back yet from this repair, but they did an incredible job on the last one. You couldn't even tell we had any damage. We will continue to use this shop for all of our car repair needs!

Best experience I have had with a body shop! I didn't get my automated survey, but wanted to be sure to stop and share my experience. When a customer is not familiar with auto repair or body work, you want a shop that makes you feel confident and a staff that makes you feel welcome. The office is clean and organized, they made it so easy. They replaced my grill and did a fantastic job. It was fast, the price was reasonable...and there were no surprises when I paid. I will be back - if needed of course and will refer friends. Thank you to the team there in North Richland Hills. Alexandria and Sysco were very helpful, and friendly. It was a wonderful experience!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Joe Hudson's Collision Repair in North Richland Hills, Texas. We had to have a bumper and other parts replaced and this was done in a timely manner (as soon as they got the parts in). The car was repaired and detailed to the point that it looked new!
