My experience with Joe Hudson Collision Center in Reidsville has been extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, the process was frustrating and lacked the level of professionalism I expected—especially given that this facility was recommended by my insurance provider, GEICO. When I dropped off my vehicle, I conducted a walkthrough with a staff member and specifically pointed out a few minor surface scratches that I wanted to receive pricing on to have buffed out. The main purpose of my visit, however, was to repair damage from a front bumper collision. Upon receiving my vehicle back, I immediately noticed new damage to the passenger-side wheel—damage that was not present when the car was dropped off. We hit a deer that damage the fender, grill, bumper, and driver side tire. The shop was recommended by the insurance company. They repaired the vehicle quickly And they have a website with a tracker so you can see what stage of repair your vehicle is in as well as the Estimated completion date and the estimated cost. This was a relatively quick frustration, free experience. I would use them again, as well as recommend them to others

Get customer service. Kept me informed on the progress of my car, even had it ready earlier than expected. Josh was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend if you need auto repairs.

Car was hit in a parking lot. Joe Hudson did a great job repairing car, he let me know door had to be replaced because of safety issue. Was 1st told it would be in the shop a couple days, called said would be there until next week because had to order door. He kept us up to date on progress. The car ended up being ready a day sooner.
