I was recommended to Joe Hudson through a family member. And I'm glad I came. They done wonderful work on my truck. They even help me out tremendously when I was stranded by Enterprise Rental car. They called another company for me, made arrangements and had me picked up. They went above and beyond! A highly recommend using them

I strongly urge you to avoid the Sylacauga location at all costs. If I could give it a negative rating, I absolutely would. After having my car repaired there following an accident, I found that they do not honor their warranty. Jamie, in particular, has been nothing short of unprofessional throughout this ordeal. My car is literally falling apart, and despite their willingness to fix it, they ordered a crucial part that mysteriously went missing. This situation is utterly baffling. Jamie claims he won’t honor the warranty because I supposedly hit something and ended up with paint all over my car. The reality is that my car’s bumper is coming apart, and there isn’t a single trace of paint on it. The part they did order is merely the fog light rubber piece. I’ve attached pictures to illust

They were amazing!! From keeping me informed of the progress to the wonderful customer service. My car was even cleaner than when I dropped it off. I will definitely use them if/when the need arises.

I was informed when my vehicle arrived to them up until my vehicle was finished. Because the color of my vehicle I was considered if they could match it. And the matched it perfectly. I have found my go to body job. I will recommend them to all my family and friends.
