By far the best experience I have ever had from any shop! The team went above and beyond with making sure all repairs were done and more to make sure my car looked brand new. I went out of my way to find a VW certified shop and couldn’t be more pleased that I found these guys! Work done flawlessly and FAST. This will be my dedicated repair shop hands down. Couldn’t be more happy!

This shop did amazing bodywork repairs on my vehicle! They kept me updated twice a week and answered all my questions thoroughly and as honest as possible. All staff were very pleasant to interact with and my car was returned to me cleaner than it was when I dropped it off and driving even better! I will definitely be returning to this location in the future.

Raised the quote to insurance three times. Still didn’t fix key parts. Took two months longer than quoted. Charged me additional on top after third quote that was sent to insurance. Intolerable to work with. Responses: excessive delays, as mentioned in several other reviews… started in August and didn’t get car back until holidays. No reference to failure to accurately quote work until third attempt over a month later. Repaired bumper is not properly attached. Door does not close/align properly. Seatbelt was never addressed even though whole side of car was ‘attempted’ to be repaired.

Great experience - smooth drop off and pick up process, frequent updates about progress of the repair, and friendly and professional staff. Also helpful in coordinating my rental vehicle with Enterprise with pickup and dropoff
