Had to physically come up to the store to get status on my car. Called several times and was told they would call back and no one ever calls you back. 0/5 stars. Four thumbs down. Womp womp.

My insurance company sent me there for an estimate.. Instead of better explaining how things work on account time is limited . They insisted I didn't have any business being there .. weird think they would be helpful and guide 1 thru. Very rude and not helpful .. left very flustered.

Daughter had a fender bender in my car due to parts and terriffs it took weeks but it was delivered on time.

The repair on the rear door damage looks good. They left the car without the door and there was a fine white dust covering every surface inside. When I went back and showed the shop manager he said the detailer did not do his job. No offer to clean inside of the vehicle from the dust which covered every surface. The shop manger said well they took the door off and it sat inside the dust shop. It took me half a day to vacuum and wipe down the inside of the vehicle.
