I have read the other reviews and think it’s helpful to say that the guys that do the work really do great work. John is a great human who I have trusted with my auto work for several years. He really does know his stuff. However it is my experience that the business, itself, is definitely in the business of cars, not so much in the human beings and is operated and priced (unabashedly) in just that way. Gouging your regular return customers, is an interesting approach…..

Absolutely the most personable, human interactions you’ll ever experience whilst maintaining your car. John went above and beyond to get me my car for the weekend after I had a bad string of luck. They definitely do what they can; and I highly encourage you to get to know them. I believe you’ll find people you can trust with your car. We all know how rare that is.

I got my car inspected today and I wasn’t able to get to the shop in time to pick up my car, so I paid over the phone and told them to leave my car key in the car (locked). When I went to the shop to pick up my car I can’t find the car key!! I checked everywhere, even the trunk but it’s no where to be found. It’s 4th of July weekend and this is a major inconvenience.

Always friendly and easy to talk to people at the business. I have always been given a fair price for any work that has been needed. Turn around time is always excellent. Have been given helpful hints to keep my car in shape since I don't drive it everyday. I trust the service I have had over the past several years with them.

I was able to get a same day oil change today and they charged me a little less than what I used to pay at my mechanic in Center City. Quick, easy, and professional.
