Wife's 2010 Highlander was hit in the rear by an Uber driver. What Joel and company did was wonderful. The attention to detail in the repair and paint was better than we ever imagined. They even detailed the interior! Joel handled all the paperwork with Uber's insurance, we had to do nothing. Highly recommend!

Estimate was quick! But, when I called them some time later with some questions regarding scheduling and the fix-ups… I was told I was going to be called back regarding my questions. Guess what, never received the call back from the maintenance guy like they claimed he would! Only the receptionist (A WHOLE WEEK LATER) who had the audacity to ask when I would be scheduling after my questions still haven’t been answered. BOO, you can probably find damage-fixers for cheaper in various places in Columbia.

As long as I remain in the Columbia area I will continue to use Joe Machens East. A few years ago I had my vehicle broken into, the guy I worked with was truly amazing and made the experience stress free!! Fast forward to 6 years later, my vehicle was in an accident and I took it to Joe Machens East remembering my prior experience. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember the guy from 6 years ago, but I worked with Nick this time and he was just as amazing! We had issues with the other drivers insurance and a lot of back and forth for weeks, but Nick was able to stay on top of it and provide me needed updates, by time everything was FINALLY sorted with insurance they had my car back to me within a week that included paint and assembly! These people have had my car for three weeks, mind you I scheduled my appointment two weeks out from making the call. About a week and a half passes and I called to see what progress has been made on my car and they were closed from the fourth through the 10th. Never had a sign posted and did not let the customer know. I waited another two weeks to see if my car is ready. They proceeded to tell me it will either be ready in the afternoon or early morning the next day. Call the next day at noon hoping my car will be done and they tell me oh it won’t be done until mid afternoon or later. Do not recommend, especially if you cannot afford a rental

I recently had my car repaired at this center, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Nick did an outstanding job fixing my car—it looks as good as new! They also completed the work within the promised timeline, which I really appreciated. To top it off, they went the extra mile by washing my car and cleaning the entire interior, making it feel brand new. The service was professional, efficient, and exceeded my expectations.
