Joe Myers Collision

After my wife’s 4runner got T-Boned Joe Myers Collision handled it great. They sent a tow truck driver (it was after 6pm) picked it up on the parking lot where this happened. Walter was really pro active and kept us posted about the process. Super happy about the service quality and communication. We already have great experiences with Joe Myers Toyota that was our first time with the collision center but we don’t regret it! Top notch!

I am 100% overjoyed with Joe Myers Collision Center! We dropped our very beloved 2019 Toyota RAV4 off on February 16th. They handled all the questions we asked about the rental and going through the insurance. I almost feel like we didn’t have to lift a finger. It was a stressful process going through insurance with a claim but Joe Myers genuinely made it easy. Our car was estimated to be picked on March 12th but they called us on February 25th to tell us she was ready! So wayyyy less than the estimated time! Jim kept in constant contact through messages, letting me know what stage of the process they were in. I’m truly grateful of how quick, easy and efficient the process was at Joe Myers. I highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Joe Myers Toyota Collision Center, and especially David Schulze, the Body Shop Director. I stopped by with a complex issue involving a defective striker plate bolt that had been cross-threaded into the C-pillar of my 2025 Ford F-250. David personally came out, inspected the vehicle, took photos, and immediately took ownership of the situation. Within hours, he had ordered all necessary parts and communicated directly with me as those parts were ordered and delivered to the collision center. What truly stood out was his planning and attention to detail. David ordered all potential parts that might be needed, even those that ultimately may not have been required, so there would be no delays or surprises during the repair. I had my Mustang in for repairs Mr Walter took care of me and gave me updates on my car even though it took longer then expected it was worth the wait and my car looks beautiful now!

LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY! Spoke to the Manager David about how I had a nail in my tire from the collision shop. Instead of addressing the problem, David (manager) told me that my mechanic charged too much to replace the tire and I should have gone to Discount Tires instead of my regular mechanic. And asked me if I had pictures to prove that I had a nail in my tires as I was holding the receipt for the tire I purchased yesterday. He was very condescending, not the way to do business. Will be calling the corporate office. My sales rep was Walter and he did a great job with my repair so for that, this deserves a star. When I picked my car up, I noticed a clicking on the side that I got my repair done on so I returned to the shop the next day. Walter helped me identify the nail in my rear tire
