Said they're too busy to do recalls for new customers but was just fine when I called earlier about having a headlight done. Filing a report to the NHTSA.
Needed a new wheel and had it in less than 24 hrs
Parts department is the worst. They didn't answer at first. The second time I was on hold for 25 minutes. Get off social media and do your job!
