Having car trouble is so stressful, especially when it turns out to be something wrong with your transmission. I had no idea where to go, but Joe’s was recommended to me by another shop. As a woman, I’m always anxious about getting ripped off, but from the beginning I felt so comfortable with these guys. Gave them my car Monday and had it back by Wednesday. Was updated by them from the moment my car was dropped off by the tow, to when they think they’d have it looked at to an update on what they think could be the issue. Luckily for me, it was an inexpensive and easy fix and these guys did not go searching for any other issues to charge me for. If my transmission has issues in the future, I’ll be going back here and trusting what they tell me is the truth.

I’d give them 6 stars if I could. Honest and transparent throughout the entire process, once the transmission was actually delivery only took about 2 days for these guys to install. God forbid I ever need another transmission but if I do I know where I’m going.

The staff here was amazing, the work is great, they took care.of my daughter's Acura, they explained every step, it felt.like family. The prices was very reasonable. We definitely recommend! Thank you Jay and Devin!

Family business. Jay and Devin, in the front office are great guys. And the mechanics our very experienced and knowledgeable about transmission problems. I'm a rideshare driver and my transmission was going out so I went to their shop because it was highly recommended in the area. I couldn't afford to rebuild my transmission so they looked for other cheaper options for me. They got me a used transmission from a credible source, installed it, and programed it before the projected completion time. My car now runs great and the transmission works well in all conditions. They cared about me personally which these days is rare! Great guys! Great work! Thank you so much Devin and Jay and the entire shop!👍

These guys are great. Super knowledgeable and have a fast turnaround time. The cost for parts and labor on my trans I had rebuilt there was as fair as possible. Had a great experience.
