Cool beans! Excellent Jeep and Fiat technicians on site. I used their service department twice, both times for complicated repairs some other car dealers just wouldn't touch (one involved chewed wires from a dirty rat infestation - could have been mice) and 100% satisfied with both repairs. High marks for friendly and professional crew. Also within easy walking distance of breakfast, lunch, and dinner if your repair allows time for a meal.

Recently took my 2015 Jeep wrangler in for resistance in my steering. Todd got me in immediately and then informed me I would need a power steering pump. They needed to keep it for a few days so I was given a loaner. Brad Pionk, Service Technician then worked on my Jeep in between appointments, already made by other customers. I would like to express my gratitude to Brad for his exceptional service and his knowledge in Explaining exactly what he did, and for the extra time he put into it with no extra charge. Also to Todd for his professionalism and friendliness in explaining what needed to be done and the cost upfront. I am very satisfied and trust their service. I know they will not “steer” me wrong!

I have taken my vehicle here for service on a few different occasions and have nothing but good things to say. I highly recommend. I have been able to get appointments in a timely manner and they thoroughly explain things through. They won’t steer you wrong. Overall prompt and friendly service!

Recently I had my car at Bayshore to have 4 new tires installed and had a very positive experience. I called about 3 pm to find out how much longer before my car would be ready. I spoke with Francine who was most helpful. She checked and said they were still working on it and would call me back when she knew more. Within a half hour she called me back and said that a sensor was broken and had to be fixed or replaced(not sure which) and they were waiting for it to be reprogrammed. She then called me in another half hour that my car was ready. When I picked up my car, here it had been washed and cleaned, Even the drivers side floor mat which was filthy plus the trunk. Also, my car was backed into the parking space which meant I just had to hop in and drive away. All of these things in
