I’ve been going to Joe Sackett & Sons for a couple of years now, and they’ve consistently taken great care of our van. Matthew Sour and the rest of the crew are professional, honest, and easy to work with. It’s refreshing to find a shop that’s reputable and truly puts on the owner hat when recommending repairs. No upselling, just what actually makes sense. Pricing has always been fair, and the work has been solid every time. Great local business that I’m happy to support and recommend.

Joe and his team are excellent. Very friendly atmosphere. They were very knowledgeable about my truck. I had a lot of work done to my truck: front end rebuilt, brand new front and rear shocks, rotors and brake pads replaced, a brand new battery, belts and hoses, a complete tune-up with spark plugs, an oil pressure sensor, and an alignment. I took it to the Chevy dealership with a warranty, and they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. When I called them, they took the time to go over all the parts with me over the phone to price check; they were not in a hurry. You just don't find that kind of service anymore. My favorite mechanic shop by far for the past 5 years. He is very knowledgeable and competent as a mechanic , as-well as his employees. Also he is very friendly and helpful always, way better than any other of these shops in Front Royal .He’s worked on my first car which was an old Tahoe and then my ‘13 challenger , and also my 11’ ram 1500 ,and he did a great job each time , no complaints at all.

These guys are really great. In one week, we had unforeseen problems with our cars (brakes and heat shield) and Sackett & Sons found a slot for us and did the repairs within three hours. The prices are very good and the guys there are really friendly. It almost makes me hope that something else breaks so I can visit there again.
