Then I brought my car to Joe’s Service Centre in North Brunswick, and from the moment I arrived, the owner greeted me like I was a celebrity! Later I realized that’s just how they treat all their customers with kindness and respect. They inspected my vehicle, explained exactly what the issue was, and didn’t even charge me for the diagnosis. I had a bad experience with them. I went yesterday because my muffler was broken. Someone from the office went with me to check it, and after checking, he told me it would cost $150I Accepted and I agreed with him to come tomorrow for the repair. When I arrived at the repair shop, I didn't find the person who had agreed with me yesterday. Another person who had gone with me to check it told me it would cost $225. I told him that someone from their office had agreed with me on this amount yesterday, and he said he had been there yesterday but hadn't seen me. The staff at the office are unreliable. I went to them based on their Google rating, but in my personal experience, they are bad people, their words are not credible, and their manner of speaking is very bad and aggressive.

There is a lack of clarity on what the charges are. The owner told me he charged me for diagnostic but prorated instead of flat fee. Yet I witnessed another customer leave with no diagnostic charges for headlight issue. So I'm still ambivalent over the extra 99 dollar charge. I actually had to drive BACK to get an answer. I guess I can begrudgingly say they don't come to you with a whole bunch of "this is also wrong". They stick to the issue. So if they overcharge you its for the issue you bring to them. They have a very comfortable seating area. You're not waiting for your vehicle in discomfort. So that's a plus. Bilingual. Owned by and run by people of color. P.s.
