Joel’s body shop was awesome ! Keira the receptionist is phenomenal. She answered my question. She called me back. She was great. The auto guy that fixed my car. He was awesome. Also, I would recommend them to anyone who needs their car repair.

My partner and I were going on a road trip to Memphis and had to stop due to his car losing part of its splash shield on the interstate. The guys here were so kind to us and were able to answer questions my partner had about his car. We felt so taken care of and have nothing but nice things to say about the guys that work here. I highly recommend to anyone who has car needs or any immediate needs to stop by for 5 star assistance.

Joel’s is under new ownership! 2 years ago, I needed to have some front end damage repaired. That work was subpar. The new Joel’s corrected the mistakes that were made and made my car look new again for absolutely nothing. This was a previous insurance claim and the work was completed while under previous ownership. This would have been at my expense if it were any other body shop….these new owners are stand up people and will forever keep my business. Thank you Joel’s!

Joel’s body shop did a great job on my Jeep Cherokee’s minor body repair. The work was fast and high quality! I cannot say enough about the customer service! They kept me updated on everything and were always friendly and helpful! The ease of everything from drop off to pick up really was a big relief! I loved that I could leave the rental car there as well! So easy!!
