They don’t know What there doing!! Gave me a quote for A little over $500 Just to find out, they didn’t do all the work they were supposed to do and charged me another $300 to Finish what they were to do in the first place. Oil change and fuel system filters on a Cummings diesel.Mark has no knowledge. apart from looking up parts on a computer. And that’s questionable dropped it off at 9:30 didn’t Get my truck back until close to 6 PM Wrong filter was ordered. on top of not ordering all the fuel system filters. They have no ability to do basic maintenance. Also was told that they are not an oil change type of shop only want to deal with people that are Interested in maintaining their vehicles.. whatever that’s supposed to mean Thought that’s what I was doing. Very bad experience will not

What a great service!! Mark is amazing as always as went above and beyond for my repair work. The technician Omar did a fantastic job on the front passenger side axle shaft. Price was reasonable for my budget as I recently hit a poor animal. Again thanks Joes auto repair

After dealing with multiple fraudulent independent mechanics, me and my family decided to try this auto repair shop. The workers here are the most honest, respectful, and professional people I have ever met. We had some electrical work done on one car and a vehicle inspection on the other car (Pre-owned & recently purchased). Excellent work and my go to auto shop from now on.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Charged over $1200 for my power steering plus kept my car in the shop for two weeks (meaning I had to rent a car). Then picked it up finally, drove out of the parking lot and had the issue happen immediately again. If the yellow truck is outside you’re definitely getting screwed. Go to Nava across the street, took my car right there when I left Joes and they fixed the actual issue.

Wonderful experience! We spoke to several other shops about the issues my daughter in law was having and they were not as affordable or timely. Mark, the manager, provided excellent service and timely information. Jacob the mechanic assured us he tested the repairs and we would be in great shape. We appreciated the high customer service, timely repair and friendly atmosphere. We will be back as needed for other repairs!
