Great customer service and an honest, competitive bid (went to multiple body shops and this is the only place that really explained all the work and costs to me). I had the worst experience at AGC collision on Sunset in the past, and this place is like a breath of fresh air! Hopefully I won’t need any body work ever again, but if I do, I will go here.

Excellent, fast service. Joe showed up within a half hour of my call and repaired my cracked windshield without a hitch. Very kind attentive guy, will definitely make the drive out to Pasadena if I need this service again.

I've had three great experiences here, so when our 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 6 was in a very bad accident, I knew where to bring it. They've been absolutely exceptional the first three times and now with the Hyundai, they continued the top notch service. When I called to let them know the car was coming, they already knew. I was greeted warmly and they remember me from my other visits. With all their customers, it's nice they knew me. That's impressive! I've been in the auto industry for over 22 years. I appreciate quality service and straight answers. This is why I continue to give them my business. They understand what their customers want and need and they provide great service! Five stars!
