Joe's Auto - North Phoenix

I never leave reviews but thought I needed to because this is the best repair shop in Arizona. Greatest and most honest repair shop I’ve been to in a decade. Extremely knowledgeable and well priced. Matt was very hardworking, helpful and explained everything in detail. I’m immediately switching all my vehicles to Joe’s. An hour after I picked up my Mercedes I’ve already called three friends and told them to call Matt at Joes. Extremely grateful for such fine dependable service at a fair price.

I rarely go out of my way to leave reviews but this shop is the real deal. I spoke with Matt who was completely transparent about what was wrong with my vehicle and explained everything clearly. The price was fair and I never felt pressured. Just honest opinions and solid work. I’ve been to other shops that make you feel like you’re being shaken down for every dollar while still not fixing the real issue, but that wasn’t the case here. My catalytic converter was the culprit and they needed to cut and install a new one due to the previous owner doing shiesty work. Thanks to this crew, my ’94 GMC finally passed emissions! I really appreciate them going above and beyond, and I’ll definitely be back with more business and recommend this shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic. Cheers

Awesome experience, called Joe's North Phoenix on short notice and asked if they can do some routine maintenance on my beautiful wife's car. Matt answered the phone and he was so friendly and nice. He told me to bring our car in and he would take care of it right away. He provided outstanding customer service and you can tell he wants to treat his customers and his employees well. We got an appointment for our car to have rotors and brakes done. The price was more than fair and they were so quick about getting our car back to us. I will use these guys again and I have NO PROBLEM recommending them to anyone that has bad brakes. Our brakes were basically down to the metal. Anywhere else would have lectured us and charged a lot. We bought the car cheap, just needs a few things. Thanks for the great service guys! We need more shops like this one!
