Joes Auto Sales is the bomb, from Brian, to Geovonie, Yuri and all the service team members, I got a small Jeep from there almost 3 years ago never had a problem until my car started running hot which damaged the engine, I quickly got on the phone to speak with Brian. He told me to go and look at the inventory and see if I see anything that I liked when I seen what I liked Geovonie And Brian went to work to put me in a vehicle considering I have to go back-and-forth to work, If you are looking for a car, I would highly recommend Joes. I wanted to share my experience with my 2020 Traverse, which I purchased from Joe’s Auto Sales on out east on Pendleton Pike. back in October. I've been diligent about keeping up with my payments, and recently I took the vehicle to the Chevy dealership for a check-up. I was informed that the transmission was slipping, which was surprising to hear. During my conversation with Keith, the service representative, he explained that the cost for a new transmission would be around $6,000. While he didn't specify whether it would be a completely new transmission, the overall expense took me by surprise. Keith mentioned that I would need to put down 20% before any work could begin on the transmission, and the remaining costs would be added to my current payments. This situation felt a bit overwhe

I absolutely recommend Joe's auto sales. Why because when I went everywhere else and couldn't get what I wanted I started to give up. My Aunt suggested Joe's and feeling like they would be just the same I went to hear them say the same as others. We'll Goevanni helped me soon as I walked in the door. We went over a long list of what I could get and he was patient and fun with the whole process. Well I have 2016 Cadillac yes yes yes a Cadillac it's nicer than the 2024 I had!! I love this place and I highly recommend these guys. Awesome experience.
