Been using Joes for years, too. Since this new guy Johns been on the team the work has been terrible. Not quality at all. Johns left me with unfinished jobs, having to return the car multiple times to get a single job done. No apology ever, it's never Johns fault. They overcharge now, I found parts on eBay for $50 and then get charged $600 for the job and it's not done AND additional new problems 'arise' from out of nowhere. Joe used to be good, but now he and his team are not. I want a FULL refund...

My wife Honda CRV has 50,000 miles on it, and I read in the manuel that the brakes should be serviced. After Joes Auto inspected the brakes, they concluded I didn't need replacement.
