After a response from the owner, I still have not been refunded the two $20 charges against my debit card that was promised to me. It's been almost one month and I was never credited anything for the $40 I spent for a simple five minute use of a power sprayer. You can read my full review below and the response from the owner. Only went to this wash because I was in a hurry and forgot my cash. I was not charged $20 but the cost on both the wash and vacuum were rounded up. Also, it took more than 45 seconds to start after paying and the transition to each wash step took awhile to change. Will not use this wash again.

DO NOT USE THE CREDIT CARD MACHINES. I’ve been coming here for years and they recently changed owners. When I saw the credit machines I thought it was a great idea. I went to use it and it charged me $20 - as it shows. After 5 minutes of use, I went to shut it off… NOTHING. It was still running. Place has no number to dial - just an email. When I gave up on trying to shut it off it was still running past 13 minutes. Take away - dont use the credit card machines.

was charged $20 for no reason then charged $5 for the vaccum even though it says $2?? i need a $25 refund i was overcharged and have no one to get in contact with. Never coming here again, this is theft and false advertising.

Avoid this place. The machine cancelled my card transaction, not letting me wash my car. Then later on in the day I got a $20 charge. This place sucks. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!
