You know that awful feeling you get before, during, and after a trip to the DMV? Imagine the exact opposite and you're at Joe's Auto Repair. I'll admit I do not know much about automobiles. Joe was extremely friendly and helpful. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand. And he was the most reasonable of the 3 quotes I received! Best service at the best price, it's a no-brainer. He's a genuine, upstanding guy, and I recommend him with 5 stars.

Had a flat 15 inch trailer tire on saturday at 12:02 pm, called him, he said he had a used tire and he could put it on. I brought him the tire and wheel, he installed a used tire with a new tube. He failed to clean all water and debris out of tire, but life was great! Then the bill time came. He charged $25 a piece for used 235/75/15 tires with under 3/32 of tread, a new tube was $20, and labor was $25 to put one tire on rim. I appreciate the fast service, but next time I'll ask the price first, before I get taken advantage of.

Joe is knowledgeable and experienced. He is honest about needed repairs and doesn't try to upsell. In fact, he tried to save me as much money as possible by detailing the work that was an immediate need and the work that could be delayed. Thanks so much for all your help!
