Rude at the Phone, I asked for a Ford Fusión tranny rebuilt, bad customer service.

Brought my Truck in for regular service. They found and showed me an issue that very well could have cost me a new transmission if left unchecked. Fixed my truck in short order and was a pleasure to deal with.

Long wait time and quite overpriced but does a decent job. Had my radiator replaced and system flushed spent $750 only for my power steering pump to go out the next day.. Not the friendliest environment so only 2 stars. Wouldn't recommend unless you can't find elsewhere

Joe built me 4L60E for my truck after another transmission place ripped me off. He took his time to explain to me how they cheated me with the pump and bands and the drum and all the stuff they told me they replaced that they didn't. That transmission didn't even last a month. I came here today after 2 years to say that this transmission that Joe built me is still as strong as a day I picked it up from Joe. Guys like this are very scarce nowadays. It's hard to find honest mechanics so Joe I thank you very much and I will be coming by to see you soon with a box of cigars 🙂 UPDATE: years later, tranny still going strong, after 200K
