Title: Beware – Dishonest and Overpriced Service My brother took his 200 Chrysler to Joe’s Under Auto Parts on Monday for a simple alignment, which they quoted at $50. He was recommended to this shop by another mechanic, and based on their positive reviews, we expected honesty and professionalism. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. Instead of just performing the alignment, they told my brother he had to replace his lower control arms and his entire brake pad system before they would even do the alignment. They tried to push a quote of over $1,000 for everything. To “save money,” they suggested he buy his own parts from somewhere like O’Reilly, but then still wanted $380 just for labor—and that’s before even getting the alignment done. The first impression when you walk in is the cleanliness of the shop. They mean what they say when it comes to repair estimates and time frames. Honest and respectful team.

Quick and painless. No fuss. And by fast I mean the whole day but it was done right and without having to take out a small loan to pay it! I say that because in contrast to the other alignment places this was incredibly inexpensive for the same quality of work.
