My Ford has lived up to its reputation. “Fix or repair daily, found on road dead” etc. I can always rely on John Hook Automotive to fix the issues. Every time I’ve taken my vehicle here for service, they are professional, communicate well, and my vehicle is ready when promised. I’ve never had a time where I’ve picked up my vehicle and then broken down after service. They are straightforward. Thankful someone recommended I bring my vehicle to them.

I chose this shop because of the affiliation with Costco. It was my first time using them. I went there to have an issue diagnosed. Nate, the service advisor was very courteous, and scheduled my appointment quickly. They provided me images of the components of my car that needed repairs via text. I was very pleased with their service and would use them again.
