John was a kind and honest mechanic. He change my turbine speed sensor which was located behind the transmission in 4 hours and for a great price. I will definitely be going back.

His prices are reasonable to fix your car. He’s honest about your issue and never tries to go for the more expensive repair if a cheaper option gets the job done. He also educates you about how the part works on your car.

Mr. Ortiz is the best. He has worked on my CTS-Vsport, Mercedes, and my Dodge. Anytime I have a problem he is open to take a look, then calls me up and lets me know what he thinks is happening. He charges better than anyone else around. Im sorry to see him retiring but his crew can keep that shop going with the work they do.

He is friendly, but I was charged $275 to fix my A/C, and it's not fixed. It freezes up after running one hour. Then he charged me $875 for changing my evaporator core and thermostat switch! Since then, I had to move back to Killeen, TX due to personal medical issues. Now, when I call him about the A/C not being fixed, he laughs! Ha, Ha, jokes on me for trusting him! I live 4 hours away. He promised a month ago to return half of the money to have someone else to work on it, and I'm still waiting! I have no A/C in July, and it's burning my face and wallet! It seems like he's just guessing.

Paid this man close to 2000 to fix my car and he totally screwed it up kept telling me to bring it back to see what was wrong with it. I told him that’s why I took it to you the first time to get it fixed. The next mechanic I took it to said he had put some foam stuff that isn’t supposed to be near what he put it on. And I was left without a car and 2000. I do not recommend. If I could give no stars then I would.
