Refused to honor their warranty and failed to complete the alignment I paid for. I purchased four tires and an alignment from this shop just six months ago. Because of finances, I bought the tires in two visits, just days apart. Now, after only 8,000 miles, the inside of my tires are now completely bare. When I called to request a warranty repair, they refused, claiming the warranty was void because I didn’t buy all four tires on the same day. That requirement was never mentioned when they sold me the tires, and their advertising clearly promised a 50,000-mile warranty. Instead of standing behind their products and services, they’ve left me needing to spend another $1,000 on new tires after only half a year. Greg, Rich, Dennis....the whole gang are just like family. I've been bringing my vehicles to them for years. One of the major appeals was the explanations they would provide on my vehicles and the extra time they would take when I didn't understand. Another positive has been the personal pride of workmanship. When I had a piece repaired and then it failed a few days later they were so eager to get my vehicle back to the shop and figure out what was going on, fix it, and make it right.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! These guys are great! Had a flat and dropped the tire off and Greg delivered it to my home and put it on for me since I worked past closing time. He found me a brand new set for only $700 so the repair was free until I could get in to get my new tires!

These guys were great from start to finish. My carrier bearing went out and due to engineering needed the driveshat replaced. They diagnosed the issue, arranged toeing and did the work in just a couple hours. The process was 200-500 less than antone. I called 12 other places. The work was outstanding and the part was super good quality as well. Side note, Greg was very knowledgeable and courteous throught. Highly recommend.
