Wonderful service this morning, my 2nd exhaust replacement (2 different cars) at John's. Reasonably priced, great communication. They didn't oversell me, in fact they gave me the cheaper option of keeping the old muffler, but I opted for a full muffler/pipe/resonator replacement (get it over with in one trip). I've taken my car to a 5-6 mechanics for diagnostics and these guys were the best. Mike did a good job of hearing me out when discussing what other mechanics have told me. He was super knowledgeable and thorough. Was honest to me that my car was probably due for a trade-in despite that meaning that they wouldn't be doing the work. But it makes me confident I should use them for pre-purchase inspections. Highly recommend.

Excellent Service I had my car dropped off because of excessive noise from the front end. It actually sounded like I was dragging rats and cans. Michael worked with me and informed me of all the issues and damage to my front end. He was honest and straightforward, I gave him the green light and he fixed my car. I have to return next month to get Springs and Shocks which is fine with me. My car drives so quiet and just smooth! Hands downs John the Muffler Repair Shop was affordable and fast turnaround. They are the BEST!
