We had an amazing experience at John Wiese Ford in Sauk Centre, MN! We were in the middle of a cross-country move and having trouble with our F-150 due to a recall. Other dealers told us it would be weeks before they could help, but Douglas Davis, the Service Manager, got us in right away. They not only fixed the recall that was holding us up but also took care of the other recalls while we were there. They went above and beyond, kept their word, and had us back on the road right on schedule. Highly recommend John Wiese Ford—great people and outstanding service!

The blink charger is terrible. This is just like a scam. Been sitting here for hours with no charging while they are charging money. Paying for a service not received is outrageous
