Work was completed on a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They replaced drivers side intake camshaft, 12 valve rocker lifters and followers. They also replaced engine oil filter housing with engine oil cooler and fan belt and a head light pigtail. Came with a 3 yr 36000 mile warranty parts and labor. I saved a couple hundred bucks than I would have paid at the dealer. They did a great job!!! Great staff! Once I decided what was absolutely necessary to repair They had it done in a day and a halt.

They were truly a blessing during an unexpected vehicle emergency. While traveling and preparing to head back to California, our vehicle suddenly needed a new thermostat. Our first stop was the local Chevy dealership, where we were told the repair would take over five hours and that we’d have to leave the car for the entire day. That simply wasn’t an option for us. I came into the shop with a Check engine light, with a code that says the system was too lean. It turns out that my mass airflow sensor, needed to be replaced. Because I came in for a diagnostic. They also showed me other things that needed to be done, including replacing a radiator, low on oil, oil leak, Along with a couple of other small things. The thing is, is that I had my oil changed a month ago, and after leaving the shop, I rechecked the oil and it was in fact, not low, and the small leak on the bottom was very insignificant, but yes, there was one. I was traveling through Boise and needed an oil change. I called John’s auto service and told them I had limited time. They got me in very quick. The staff made feel like I had been bringing my truck there for years. Very professional and friendly.

Outstanding service from the team over at John's Auto Care. I had my vehicle in for a fuel system issue and was told both of my fuel pumps went out upon initial diagnosis. After replacing the HPFP, they took her for a drive and realized that resolved the issue. They could've pulled a fast one on me and replaced the low pressure as well but they didn't. They stayed honest and repaired only the things that needed it. The manager Brendon took great care of me and I am grateful for their honesty and expertise. 10/10 would recommend this shop.
