I needed a window regulator replaced on my car. It wasn't installed properly, didn't function properly. Door handle fell out on 2 occasions and I returned it on numerous occasions for those issues all the way up to the door being damaged so badly from Hack type work. Hardware damaged so bad it couldn't be used anymore. John was good and bought the new door at his expense. I was told my new regulator would go in the door. John did all this work himself. The top of my door cover was returned to me broken. But I gave up instead of continuing to hassle with him and spending my time returning the car. But then less than 8 months later the regulator fails. The shop I had do the work yesterday took me out to my car and said this isn't a new regulator and look how your door pad was attached. On
