Been looking for a local auto shop, definitely picked the right one! Had 3 vehicles serviced in the past week and am very happy with this shop! Oil changed, tires rotated, battery installed as well as other regular maintenance. Needed tires on 2 vehicles, was offered several options at different price points (very fair pricing). Straight forward, friendly and work completed as expected in a timely manner. THANK YOU!
Had a water pump installed in my RAM. Job was done as promised. Staff was great. Took care to be sure I got my truck back in the same shape it came in. Pricing was very fair. Overall great experience which is rare these days for auto repair shops.
Made my first visit to John's Auto today. I needed a new headlight. They explained my options and fitted my car with the right part. Very courteous and friendly. Will definitely go back!
I wish I had the time and space to say everything I absolutely loved about John's Auto Repair Service, LLC. They are proof that GREAT, HONEST mechanics exist. I am a 56 year old woman; so I did a lot of research on the possible problems, and I was getting feedback of all the costly possibilities. In the end, I am so grateful to have found John's Auto Repair. They made me feel like I was a priority, thay were kind, respectful and the price was much less than what I got from my research. I can't stress enough; THIS IS THE BEST AUTO REPAIR AROUND. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR RESTORING MY FAITH IN MECHANICS!!
Do not bring your car here .. I came for an oil change and he mentioned I needed brakes I told him not today and then proceeded to do it anyways. Worse when I left my car immediately started pulling to the right and continued for a week so I went back and all he had to say was he doesn’t know why , didn’t bother looking and just scratched his head as if he wasn’t going to figure it out. Weeks later my wheel is still pulling hard and I am forced to see another mechanic because of his faulty work. My car never had the issue prior to bringing it there .
