Although times are very busy this is what happens when you own an auto body repair shop attitudes need to change for the better if you need more help hire more help don't give attitudes to the customers who are paying you

Guy outside talking with no cars on his lift, need insurance inspection done and says he needs an appointment to do a 5 minute job. Obviously talking and not working is a bigger priority for him.
