Just picked up a Toyota Corolla off Marketplace & after buying I went to start the car a few days later to find the car giving off a loud shrieking noise which scared me. I immediately shut car off & had a tow truck take the car to John's Automotive. Miranda whom I spoke with before tow company was able to get car in same day last minute. I received a call a few hours later stating they had found the issue & resolved it. Stated was missing some bolts. I opted to pay over phone so I could clear the car servicing off their books & pick up at my convenience. Miranda was very polite, professional & pleasant the entire time & most helpful.

They have a great and knowledgeable staff, an easy-to--get-to location, and do a wonderful job of assessing your needs in terms of recent appointment results as well as your "next upcoming service requirements and expectations". They do a great job in providing and estimated time for getting your vehicle back to you and are never hesitant to review that work that was done as well as any important findings that you should know about. John's was able to get two of my vehicles in quickly, were flexible with my schedule, worked with me to get parts that were hard to find and did repairs quickly for less than initial quote!

Will continue to trust John with my vehicles! I was having electrical problems with my taillights and was needing my new headlights to be installed. John was very patient with the project and the front desk kept me informed through the entire process. We had multiple issues come up with the back tail lights where we thought it was fixed but when I would leave I would have to bring my truck back in. I do not blame anyone in this because it was just a big pain and we couldn't figure out exactly what was causing it. After 2 days of back and forth John finally found the solution and I couldn't be happier. The price was super budget friendly and my headlights look amazing!!! Thank you so much!

John’s is my go-to every time! they are trust-worthy, thorough, and professional. every time i’ve had an issue with my car, they take the time to explain what needs to be fixed and fix it for a fair price! i always recommend john’s to everyone i know!
