ImWe recently started taking our 2 older (2006 & 2008) Toyotas to this shop, and we have been very pleased with the service. Mike is a down-to-earth and caring guy, great to deal with. I had a repeat issue, and they handled it beautifully. Excellent customer service! We are happy we found them!

Mike and his crew are top notch! As everything in life has gotten more expensive over the last three years, it's nice to know I'll get great service and reasonable pricing from John's Automotive! Worst auto shop iv ever been to by far. Not only did they charge me way to much for the diagnostic, they charged more than a fare price for a new starter. Which is what they diagnosed the problem to be. Aftet I payed them i was reassured multiple times my car would be fine. The very next day it wouldn't start while i was in the middle of my delivery job. I waited 2 days till i took it back. They wanted to charge me again plus i left it at the shop for 4 whole days. When i went to pick it up this time they said it had no problems at all. Once again as soon as i left it broke down on me.... I suggest to anyone thinking of going here to change your mind before you get ripped off and your car never gets fixed. Or it may who knows. Either way HUGE RIP OFF!!!!!

Excellent service all around. I showed up with no appointment and they kindly made time for my car. They were fast and thorough, and very friendly and straightforward. Seems like an honest shop, which is very hard to come by these days.

I worked with Mike to get my truck taken care of and he was very helpful and friendly. He was timely with his response and I thought the prices were very fair.
